This project page is about Deep Dish Depot - a new concept for restaurant quality pizza-by-the-slice.
I wrote an article called "Fail by the Slice" where I breakdown my dissatisfaction with today's pizza-by-the-slice restaurant experience. That became the inspiration for Deep Dish Depot. It's pizza by the slice made and served on a schedule by staff in a unique, fun and creative kitchen.

PROJECT GOAL: Develop an app to be used as a blueprint for future plan-ahead, on-the-go businesses.
PROJECT STATUS: On hold as of 2025. Next steps: Create and develop app using AI tools. Organize a presentation. Rent a booth at a pizza convention and showcase my idea!
