This project page is about Deep Dish Depot - a new concept for restaurant quality pizza-by-the-slice.
I wrote an article called "Fail by the Slice" where I breakdown my dissatisfaction with today's pizza-by-the-slice restaurant experience. That became the inspiration for Deep Dish Depot. It's pizza by the slice made and served on a schedule by staff in a unique, fun and creative kitchen.

PROJECT STATUS: Documented the vision, an overview of basic operations, the menu, equipment list, etc. Working on the mobile app design.
PROJECT GOAL: Seek enthusiastic investors who will make the concept come to fruition.
