The Eleanor Challenge

A blog for inspiration.

I'm a big fan of the late Eleanor Roosevelt (1884-1962) for the inspiring things she said. Her quotes serve as timeless reminders of the enduring values of empathy, justice, and human dignity.

Take the Eleanor Challenge! It's easy, fun, and helps develop a good study habit. Here's how to play:

1. Go online and start reading her quotes (there's a bunch).
2. Find the one that resonates with you the most.
3. Write it down on a sticky note and post it on your favorite wall.
4. Ponder. Recite. Memorize. Do whatever it takes to remember it.
5. Repeat this every day for seven days.

At the end of the week, give yourself a pat on the back for taking another step on your journey of personal growth. Or, you can just skim some of my favorites here and forget them tomorrow. Enjoy!
